Community Support Associates, Inc. has been providing community based services to adults with brain injuries on the Cape and Islands for over Fourteen years. CSA is unique in that it is the only organization based on Cape Cod currently providing residential, case management, recreation and outreach exclusively to consumers with brain injuries. In addition, our employment services specializes in traumatic brain injury, while also providing services to a diverse disabled population.
